SLOW in the City, the Business Club located in Sandton opposite the Gautrain Station, scooped three awards at the recently held Loeries – Africa’s annual awards ceremony which aims to recognise, reward and foster creative excellence in all areas of brand communication.
The private club owned by Comair Limited offers meeting rooms, a private restaurant and a full range of workspaces to its members, which are British Airways Executive Club frequent flyers, and qualifying FNB/RMB Private Bank Clients.
SLOW in the City won Gold for its interior design and Silver awards for the brand identity and best mixed media campaign.
Jamie Clyde, outgoing CEO of SLOW said, “We are pleased that the judges appreciated the uniqueness of the SLOW in the City concept, which was conceived and designed here in South Africa on the back of the success of the SLOW Airport Lounges.”
SLOW in the City was launched in late 2011 to complement the SLOW Airport Lounges located at OR Tambo, Cape Town International and Durban King Shaka Airports.
